Navigate the big decisions and transitions — at work and life — with more clarity, confidence, and courage

“Diane supported me during a crucial career transition. Her coaching opened up new perspectives and possibilities during this time. Our sessions allowed for an increase in my self-awareness, revealing old stories and limiting beliefs that were getting in the way, and she equipped me with valuable tools and resources to address them to move forward.”

- Mike K, Managing Director and Partner, TPG

You’re a bad-ass, high-achieving, successful leader — on the outside, everything looks great, but…

Inside, it’s a different story.

  • You’re standing at a crossroads, facing choices that feel big and uncertain. Whether it’s in your career, your relationships, or within yourself, you’re not sure which direction leads to the life you truly want.

  • You’ve been moving so fast—checking the boxes, doing the things—and somewhere along the way, you lost sight of what you really want. You’re asking the deeper questions now: Is this it? What would actually make me happy?

  • You’ve become your own harshest critic. That inner voice keeps replaying doubts and fears, making it harder to take the next step or believe in your own strength.

  • You feel stuck in the routine. The days blur together, and the spark you once had feels dim. You know there’s more inside you—but it’s hard to access when you’re on autopilot.

  • You’re done with the hustle that leaves no room for joy. You crave something deeper, something that feels more like you.

    And still—there’s a whisper.

A quiet knowing— there’s more to life than this. More meaning. More ease. More aliveness.

That whisper is your invitation. You're not lost—you’re just being called back to yourself. And that journey is just beginning.

I’ve Been There. I Now Help Leaders Like You.

I know how confusing and challenging it can be to balance your needs with the demands of others, how to face uncomfortable conversations and decisions, and how to shift out of being led by the fears, the people pleasing, the shoulds, the what-ifs, and scenario-plans — and how to be in greater connection to myself, understand my wants, needs, desires, redefine my view of success, how to live in greater alignment with my life view, not just my work view.

As an ICF accredited and certified Integral Coach, I now coach leaders like you — I walk the path alongside you, my hand on your back, gently guiding you to choose the path aligned with your true self, asking you insightful questions, and intuitively supporting you to go inward to pull out your deepest truths that help you to live feeling more joy, power, and fulfillment.

Hi, I’m Diane.

I help ambitious, high-achieving leaders navigate transitions and big decisions about work and life, by doing the inner work and connecting with their inner wisdom. This empowers them with the clarity, confidence, courage, and conviction to make bold and authentic decisions — no matter how big or little.

I’ve navigated this path in my own transformational journey making bold decisions during my successful 25+year career as a business leader (Google and Match.com) — including the bold decision to leave it all behind in pursuit of something more aligned.

Transformational Executive Coaching

I coach professional high-achievers to lead from within — with clarity, confidence, courage — and connected to your inner wisdom and purpose.

This isn’t just about your next job title or checking a new box. It’s about your life path, your legacy, and the truth of who you are.

When you align with your true self, you don’t just make better decisions — you feel more joy, more power, more fulfillment, and a deeper connection to where you’re investing your time and energy.

I will help you

  1. Gain clarity to get unstuck and discover new paths forward when you’re facing big decisions or transitions — at work, at home, or both.

  2. Feel courageous and confident in what’s unfolding and the path you’re on because you can see the bigger picture, not just the step in front of you.

  3. Connect with your inner wisdom to make decisions in alignment with what you really want, not based on fear or the “shoulds”.

  4. Create an inspired life with more purpose, joy, and meaning.

What my clients are saying

My growth feels exponential after working with Diane. She was my third executive coach and had the most impact on how I showed up in the workplace. She helped me navigate a critical point in my career. Diane has a skillful approach to listening while also being direct and challenging, in an approachable and calming way. I will forever be grateful to her.

Racquel Russell - Vice President, Zillow

Diane helped facilitate a total paradigm shift in how I was managing my time. As a working executive and mother of a toddler (with another kid on the way), I felt stuck and overwhelmed. Working with Diane felt very solutions oriented, with the right mix of mental and emotional. It enabled me to find new ways to take care of myself that dramatically increased my well-being.

Kelley Greenman - Vice President, The Walt Disney Corporation

My work with Diane was transformative, a shift that is hard to fully capture in words. Diane’s insightful observations and articulate reflections were both simple and deeply impactful. She consistently met and matched where I struggled and provided a grounding presence with her offerings.

Lauren Hurst - Partner and Chief Brand Officer, Skylight

Diane’s support was invaluable as I navigated a significant personal and professional transition. She empowered me to navigate my challenges more effectively and provided helpful resources along the way. Her coaching style is gentle, but powerful. She guided me to discover my own answers and solutions.

Xiaoshuang Wang, Co-Founder, Start Up

I highly recommend Diane as a coach. She opened up a door to my self-discovery and personal growth. Diane has great listening skills, is thoughtful and caring, and asked questions with curiosity and without judgement. From the first meeting, I felt like I had someone on my team who was actively helping make my life better.

Victoria Sommers - Founder & CEO, Momentum Cycling Studio

Every famous athlete, every famous performer has somebody who's a coach.  Somebody who can watch what they're doing and say, "Is that what you really meant?  Did you really do that?"  They can give them perspective.

The one thing people are never good at is seeing themselves as others see them.  A coach really, really helps.

- Eric Schmidt, ex-CEO of Google

My coaching philosophy & approach

As your coach, I guide you through a process of deep insightful inquiry, offer fresh perspectives, and invite you to take inspired action — helping you bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be.

I see you as whole, capable, and enough – just as you are.  Yet, we can all become stuck in limiting beliefs and unconscious patterns. I believe your deepest wisdom already lives within you — not just in your mind, but also in your heart and body. Together, we’ll access that inner wisdom to create meaningful, lasting change.

Our work isn’t just about goals — it’s about your why, your truth, and aligning your life with who you are at your core. It’s about reconnecting and accessing your inner wisdom.

My holistic and integrative approach blends neuroscience, psychology, eastern philosophy, mindfulness, body based and trauma-informed practices in addition to my lived experience — my 25 yr career business leader and my own transformational journey.  As an ICF-accredited and Certified Integral coach, I honor and uphold the highest standards of ethics and professionalism in my practice.

FAQs

  • The International Coaching Federation defines coaching as “partnering with Clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.”

A coach is like your own strategic guide, sounding board, and partner to help you achieve your stated goals and outcomes.

  • Coaching is a powerful catalyst for personal and professional development that inspires you to unlock your potential and have greater impact. It supports you to expand and deepen your capabilities and capacity to accomplish your goals and achieve lasting change.

  • Great question! I get asked this a lot. Coaching and therapy may share a similiar intention to support you in your well-being. However, they are distinct from one another.

Therapy is the space to heal, recover from past traumas or emotional pain. Therapists can diagnose and treat mental health conditions whereas coaches do not. Coaching is future-oriented. Coaching may uncover how a past issue may be showing up in the present and the focus is on how to move forward to support your specific goals and outcomes.

  • Mentoring or advising is like having a seasoned guide that shares their wisdom, advice, and lessons from their own journey to help in your journey. It’s a relationship that is rooted and oriented more towards the mentor’s professional and personal experience. This could be experienced more as telling instead of asking.

Coaching is more “you” focused — it’s like your own personal strategy session with you at the center. The coach inspires and empowers you to develop solutions and possibilities to reach your desired outcomes, and acts as your guide, sounding board, and accountability partner. Coaches engage clients with a lot of inquiry and will offer resources and tools to help support you. Unless asked by the client, the coach doesn’t lead with their own advice, personal experiences, or beliefs.

  • Consultants are like mechanics — they are brought in to diagnose the problem, prescribe a solution, and sometimes fix the issue for you. They are experts in the field and give you specific actionable advice. They solve the problem or the goal you have.

Coaching flips the script. A coach doesn’t give you the answers and solve the problem for you. They will ask you the questions to help you find the solutions for yourself, and enable you to develop the competencies and capabilities to empower you to solve them. With coaching, the focus is more developmental in nature — it focused on your growth and the strategies and possibilities to have you solve your problem.

  • Anyone can call themselves a coach and there are amazing coaches in this world who can support you. And, not all coaches are credentialed or governed by a unifying code of ethics.

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) is the leading global organization that sets coaching standards, provides independent certification, and establishes a code of ethics. To be an ICF accredited coach, an individual must complete a specific amount of training and education, have a minimum amount of coaching experience (varies based on credential level), and successfully complete a credential exam. More importantly, ICF accredited coaches pledge to abide by a Code of Ethics that govern the coaching relationship. You can learn more about ICF at https://coachingfederation.org/about/

  • Yes. Many employers recognize the value of coaching and have budgets allocated as part of their leadership and development program. If coaching isn’t explicitly covered, I can help you develop a business case. Third party research studies have reported that executive coaching provides a 788% ROI on investment, reporting a 70% increase individual performance, 50% increase in team performance, and a 48% increase in organizational performance.
