Diane is an ICF-certified Coach and breathwork facilitator committed to helping others awaken to their authentic selves and live in radical alignment.

She empowers executives, leaders, and entrepreneurs to flourish by leading from within — with greater clarity, courage, purpose, and joy. Diane believes that true leadership begins with personal leadership, and that the inner work is the bedrock for lasting change.

With over 25 years of leadership experience at companies like Google and Match.com, Diane brings both professional depth and lived experience to her work. As a former tech executive, mother of three, thyroid cancer survivor, and solopreneur, she has firsthand experience navigating the pace and pressure of a demanding career, the complexities of parenting and caregiving, and the life-quakes that invite us to pause and remember the bigger picture, and our why.

She blends her deep business insight, coaching and somatic training, and lived experience through an integrative, heart-and-body based approach that facilitates powerful breakthroughs beyond the intellect and into embodied wisdom. Diane has worked with clients from The Walt Disney Company, Zillow, Meta, Salesforce, Google, and more. Her grounding presence, compassionate care, insightful questions, and intuitive guidance create space for awakening, deep transformation, and lasting change.
