Return home to yourself
Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu
लोकः समस्ताः सुखिनो भवन्तु
May all beings be happy and free, and may the thoughts, words, and actions of my own life contribute in some way to that happiness and freedom for all.
Yoga is a way of life.
It invites us to be fully present, listen deeply, direction our attention, and move with intention. It’s a practice both on and off the mat that brings us in closer connection to ourselves and our vitality. With each practice, it’s an invitation to return to our wholeness and feel the depths and beauty of our presence.
Diane's soulful vinyasa classes invite us to connect back into ourselves in a world where our attention is demanded elsewhere.
Rooted in over 25 years of practice, Diane’s path began on the mat as a sanctuary to navigate a demanding career. Influenced by Bhakti Yoga and the Eight Limbs, her practice evolved from a physical practice into a lifelong spiritual journey. She trained with Janet Stone (200 hr YTT & Mentorship program).
