Return hOMe to yourself

Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu

लोकः समस्ताः सुखिनो भवन्तु

May all beings be happy and free, and may the thoughts, words, and actions of my own life contribute in some way to that happiness and freedom for all.

For me, yoga is a way of life.

It’s how we move and breathe through life, both on and off the mat. It’s a spiritual and physical practice that brings us in closer connection to ourselves, our awareness and our vitality. With each practice, it’s an invitation to return to our wholeness and feel the depths and beauty of our presence.

My vinyasa classes invite us to connect back into ourselves in a world where our attention is demanded elsewhere. It’s an inward journey where we’ll link breath with movement and move from a place of self-awareness and self-compassion to honor what our body and spirit need. Deep listening, conscious breathing, and moving with intention, are at the heart of my classes.

My yoga experience spans the last 25 years where I’ve wondered on and off the mat practicing a mix of hatha, vinyasa, iyengar, bikram, and bhakti yoga. My offerings are inspired by this experience, the 8 Limbs of Yoga, and my 200 hr yoga teacher training with Janet Stone.
